Designed for living
We believe living requirements are constantly changing, and living space should reflect the requirements for modern living. Our design concept is to create a feeling of space, using natural light and open plan design. Along with Designer Tara Kenny we pride ourselves on our design and quality fit out.
Energy Ratings
Clard have been building energy efficient homes long before the latest part L regulations have been enforcing them. We still go over and above the standards using windows and insulation that give excellent U values, and using renewable energy that works with demand and requirements and is not merely there to tick a box. We constantly aim to achieve an A1 rated energy efficient home, reducing heating costs and working to achieve a greener environment.
Landscaping
We pay particular attention to designing our gardens and communal open space areas. Working with leading landscape design architects we aim to create functional and visually appealing areas using attractive curved lines and patios and mature hedging, planters and trees with soft lighting.
We consider our gardens to be a valuable extension of your living space and design our homes utilising the garden space to its maximum effect

Home Warranty
All our homes are protected by Global Home Warranties providing a structural warranty for up to 10 years. Global Home warranties oversee the construction of the development and do periodic inspections at various key stages through out the construction period to insure all aspects conforms with their criteria.
